What is the Post-Secondary Education Account (PSEA)?

PSEA is a government savings account for Singapore Citizens aged 16 to 30. It holds leftover Edusave contributions from primary and secondary school, plus any government top-ups and interest. You can use your balance to pay course fees directly, with MOE transferring the funds to the training provider. There is no standard PSEA amount; each person's balance depends on how much Edusave was spent during school. About 59% of PSEA balances were still unspent when the account closed at age 31 (MOE, March 2026).
